Medallion Mortgage was incorporated in March of 1997.  The owner Rick Duff was a former branch manager at Chase, Senior Loan Officer at HomeBanc and VP Finance at PaineWebber. With over 25 years dedicated to helping his customers with their finance including helping manage one of their biggest debts, we feel you can benefit from his experience.  We work with many investors giving us an opportunity to find the right program to fit your specific situation.  In the early days of UDSA's rural development ,which provided the only real 100% funding, we participated in helping people finance their dream home.  Recently there have been many changes in the mortgage business but there are some 100% financing programs available that we use to tailor and customize a loan to meet the needs of our customers.
