Low Introductory Monthly Payments

This program has a low rate for the first year and a slightly higher rate for the second year and the the third year and balance of 30 year loan is the same rate.  Example 1:  4.5% 1st year, 5.5% 2nd year and 6.5% for the third year and all the rest of the thirty year plan with no refinancing needed.  This saves you money from the very first month.  Call us to allow us to explain this exciting program and see if if fits your needs.

Example 2 let's sy the payment is $1,000 a month, we pay $250 a month every month for the first year.  You would save $3,000.  The second year we would pay $150 a month and you would save $1,800 for a total savings of $4,800 in 2 years.  Please remember these are just two examples and we will give you exact numbers customized to fit you.

We can use one loan to provide 100% financing and structure a loan so you could possibly have no closing costs as well.  We can also provide 2 loans; a first and second to achieve the same end result.  This way the second can be paid off when your house sells.
